The Connections Project: Strengthening Learning Through Technology-Based
Integrated Curriculum and Professional Development

Purpose: The purpose of this survey is to gather initial demographics, technology usage, and teaching philosophy information from teachers in the Connections Project schools. All data collected in this survey will be kept in the strictest confidence. No individual names will be reported in any report, and only group information will be analyzed and described. This survey is being coordinated by the Office of Internet Studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
