HiCE is the Center for Highly Interactive Computing in Education out of the University of Michigan, directed by Dr. Elliot Soloway and working in conjunction with the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Palm Handheld Computers in K-12: A Hands-On Guide, a book being developed at the center can be ordered online.
The software applications for palms are free for schools, and can be downloaded at the website.
