This tutorial will be very helpful to those who are first learning to use NIH Image. It progresses in a simple, step by step fashion introducing new commands and techniques. This tutorial is designed to teach you the fundamentals of image processing using the free NIH Image Processing software found at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/nih-image/Default.html The program is available in both Mac and Windows 95 format. You can use the navigation bar above to quickly jump to a particular section of the tutorial. Before starting the tutorial, you should download the following files because they are used in the tutorial. After clicking on the link to download the file, save the files to your desktop or other folder that you can navigate your way to.
