A sampling of Image Processing/Visualization Projects

You need to examine at least two of these projects. There is a sampling of curriculum areas and grade levels represented. Therefore, you may want to look at several to find two that particularly interest you. At this time, you will not be able to examine the actual DataSlate datasets. We will explore DataSlate in weeks 5 and 6 of the course. Your objective here is to look at how the problems are worded, what type of information you will be required to submit, and what student pages may look like.

All of these samples are not perfect models. Some of them have left out required elements for the projects you will complete in this class. Some of the projects don't have images and links on the student pages. At the time these were developed, it was not required. However, recent research shows that images and links to possible extensions or more information help keep student's interest. Take a look and see how others have thought about using images.

Remember to place your comments about Image Processing/Visualization Projects and WebQuest Projects in the 'Discussion Board' section of Blackboard.
